![]() The jester above all else should be played for FUN, rather than being op. you won't find alot if any concentration spell or rituals. He's still the kind of all the wisdom save cc, but other varieties of debuffs have been thrown in to give him good adaptability, as far as spells, more of a spell-slinger-thrower than someone dedicated to magic and its research. as the party, he best serves as good disruption and damage early with more utility, survivability, and great adaptation late game. The jester has a strange powercurve, the ideal powercurve for him should be strong early game, good mid game, and mediocre late game. I'm not too worried about making variations of the jester right now, though i do have them in the bottom, any advice is welcome magic is still used, but the jester relies on a bag of tricks as well as good skill and lady luck. This jester is something closer to its medieval counterpart. tell me if its good, overpowered/underpowered/ etc.Īs for those curious, i just wanna give a short rundown on the jester, setting up a frame of mind for this jester ALSO, PLEASE, feel free to use the class in your campaigns, ANY input is welcome well, most input :D. something to pull from.įor my purposes, the class is done, but any input is welcome, as well as any questions. You can also look at the guide for the 3.5 jester on d and d wiki, not bad. here is the document.Īlso, for some references or what not, here is the other guide which is kinda outdated? but not bad to have IMO ![]() ![]() ![]() with ALOT of homework done(and some spell checking), i've finally crafted the court jester, a sort of conversion from the 3.5 edition, but different flavoring and overhaul of certain mechanics and ideas. ![]()
